So over the last few weeks leading up to Christmas, I had been posting a series about kawaii Christmas DIY ideas! (Including, cute wrapping ideas, and kawaii christmas tree ideas) But I have yet to post about our Christmas celebration at home. (Bo stays with my family over the holidays)
In Japan eating Christmas cake and having KFC is kind of the thing to do. So Bo and I decided to start some new traditions (he loves KFC, especially the ones in China). We picked up KFC on Christmas Eve, and I also made a Japanese style Christmas cake (last year I posted a video tutorial here).
We also stopped at Dunkin Donuts for some cute holiday themed donuts for Christmas morning! (Dunkin is the closest thing to Japan's adorable Mister Donut seasonal donuts....)
So it was a really fun Christmas Eve. These pictures I edited in Snapeee (its a really cool Asian version of Instagram), I just wish I could directly post to tumblr from Snapeee.
My mom's co-worker gave her that really cute holly decorated mug. For some reason, I just love the cute pattern! Macy's had a similar holiday design in their clearanced out sale after Christmas. (So I got a set!!)
